Solviera Care Pathways is a small online store with sixteen products on it, across three categories: four capsule formulas for the inside half of a routine, seven hand-finished stone, silicone and wooden tools for the outside, and five sets that gather them into one box. Between them they cover the five minutes most people can realistically give to looking after their skin.
The store is operated by Simply Creative Store LLC, registered at 919 Tiny Town Rd Ste B #2018, Clarksville, TN 37042. Orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment center at 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630, which is also where returns are received. We publish both addresses because a store that will not tell you where it is should not be asking for your card details.
We are in the medical / wellness category, which brings a set of rules we take seriously. The practical effect is that you will find ingredient panels and dimensions on this site where other stores put promises.
How we work
Four rules we wrote down so we would keep them.

Sixteen products, not six hundred
A long catalogue is easy to build and hard to stand behind. Sixteen is the number we can describe properly, with an ingredient panel or a dimension for every one. When something new joins the shelf, it will be because it earned the place, not because a supplier had stock.

Specifications over adjectives
Every page here leads with what is measurable: milligrams per serving, inches across, the alloy the pins are made of, the material of the capsule shell. Adjectives are cheap. A dimension can be checked.

One price, one charge
There is no membership, no auto-ship and no trial that quietly converts. You order once and you are charged once. If we ever change that, it will be on the front page and not in a footnote.

Nothing we cannot say plainly
We sell a dietary supplement and a cosmetic tool. Neither is offered to fix a condition, and we do not publish reviews, ratings or before-and-after imagery to imply otherwise.
Where things come from
Sourcing, in plain terms.
The capsules
Bottled in the United States in a facility operating under current Good Manufacturing Practice. The collagen peptides are bovine in origin and hydrolyzed before encapsulation. Every bottle carries a lot number and a best-before date on the base, which is the only way you can hold a supplement company to what it put in the bottle.
The jade set
Cut and polished from natural nephrite jade, with brass pins and a brass yoke rather than plastic bushings. Because the stone is quarried, colour and veining vary between pieces. We would rather tell you that in advance than field the question afterwards.
What we do not do
We do not white-label a supplement and invent a heritage for it, and we do not photograph a stock bottle that is not the one we ship. The illustrations on this site are drawn rather than photographed, and they are labelled as such on every product page until our own photography is shot.
