Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Simply Creative Store LLC, operating Solviera Care Pathways at solvieracarepathways.com, collects from you, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it afterwards.

1. What we collect

We collect only what an order or an enquiry actually requires.

• When you order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the items and options you chose.
• When you pay: your card details are entered into the payment form and passed to our payment processor. We do not store your full card number, expiry date or security code on our systems.
• When you contact us: your name, email address, any phone number or order reference you give us, and the content of your message.
• When you subscribe: your name, email address, the mobile number you enter if you opt into text messages, and which of the two consent boxes you ticked.
• In your own browser: your cart and your saved items are stored in your browser using local storage. That data stays on your device. It is not an account, it is not transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

2. Why we collect it

• To take payment for an order and to send the goods to the right address.
• To send order confirmations, dispatch notices and tracking information.
• To answer your questions and to handle refunds and returns.
• To send marketing messages, but only to people who asked for them on the Subscribe page.
• To meet our tax, accounting and consumer-protection obligations.

3. Who sees it

Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties. We do not sell, rent, trade, license or otherwise make personal information available to third parties for their own purposes, and we do not share it for advertising, profiling or list-building.

A small number of service providers process data strictly on our instructions in order to run the store: our payment processor, which handles card authorisation; the shipping carrier, which needs the delivery address to deliver a parcel; and our email and hosting providers. Each is bound to use the data only to perform that service for us, and none is permitted to use it for anything else. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, such as a valid legal order.

4. Marketing messages

Marketing email and marketing text messages are sent only with your consent, requested on the Subscribe page, where both options start switched off. Consent to marketing is never a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP to any text message to cancel text messages, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional messages about an order you have placed are not marketing and are sent so that you know where your parcel is.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is generally seven years. Customer service correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing consents are kept until you withdraw them, along with a record of the withdrawal so that we do not contact you again by mistake.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site does not run third-party advertising trackers and does not build advertising profiles. Your cart and saved items use your browser local storage as described above, which is what makes a cart survive a page reload.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and card details are submitted directly into the payment flow. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, but we do not retain the data that would be most damaging to lose.

8. Your choices

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or withdraw a marketing consent. 9. Children

This store is not intended for children. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to purchase from this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified by email to anyone who has given us an address.
