How to use the bundle

Four tools covering three techniques. You are not meant to use all of them every day, and the first note explains why.

Pick two per session, not four
A five-minute routine has room for a gua sha pass and a roller pass, or a roller pass and some cupping. Trying to fit all four in turns a pleasant habit into a chore you drop.
Oil generously first
Enough slip for whichever tools you have chosen, and more if cupping is one of them. Cleanse, apply, let it settle.
Edge work, then rolling, then cupping
If you do use three in one session, that is the order. Gua sha almost flat and anchored; roller upward and outward; cups squeezed a third of the way and always gliding.
Clean stone and silicone differently
Stone gets a damp cloth and an immediate dry, never a soak. Silicone gets warm soapy water and must air dry completely before it is cased.

Why is the wooden body duo not in here?: Because it is a body tool. It is cut to a different scale, wants different pressure, and one of its two pieces is used on dry skin rather than oiled. Mixing it in would make a confusing box.
Is this cheaper than buying the four separately?: Yes, and that is the only reason it exists as a bundle. The items themselves are identical to the individual products.
