How to take them

Start with one bottle, not four
If you have not taken any of these before, begin with one for a week or two before adding the others. Starting four at once tells you nothing about which suits you.
All of them can go together
Once you are established, the full day is two collagen capsules and one each of the other three, taken at the same time with a full glass of water.
Water, properly
A full glass, not a mouthful. The collagen peptides need it to disperse and the hyaluronic acid needs it to do anything at all.
Keep the cartons sealed until you need them
Leave the bottles you are not using in the carton, capped, out of the bathroom. The hyaluronic acid bottle in particular pulls moisture from the air once opened.

Do the vitamin C amounts add up to too much?: The collagen bottle carries 45 mg and the vitamin C bottle 500 mg, for 545 mg across the day, which is well within normal intake. Ask a professional about your own case.
