Both stones and both techniques. The jade roller for the colder, firmer pass, the rose quartz roller for the softer one, and the four-cup silicone set for the gliding suction work that neither roller does. How to use the set

Three tools, two techniques. Cupping is the one with a rule worth reading twice, so it is step three.

Oil generously
More than a roller alone would need, because the cups have to glide under suction. Cleanse, apply oil or serum, let it settle.
Roll first, whichever stone you prefer
Upward and outward, three to five passes per area, small end under the eyes along the bone. Jade if you want the colder pass, quartz if you want the gentler one.
Cup second, and keep it moving
Squeeze the bulb about a third of the way, place, release, and glide immediately. A stationary cup is what leaves a circular mark. Small cups under the eyes with the lightest squeeze you can manage.
Clean each tool its own way
Stone gets a damp cloth and an immediate dry, never a soak. Cups get warm soapy water and must air dry fully before they go back in the case, or the silicone turns tacky.

Why two rollers rather than a roller and a gua sha?: Because this set is built around rolling and cupping. If you want contour edge work, the Jade Roller and Gua Sha Set or the Rose Quartz Ritual Set are the ones to look at.
Do I use both rollers in one session?: No need. Most people settle on one and keep the other chilled as a spare, or use jade in the morning and quartz at night.
Is cupping harder than rolling?: It asks for more attention, mainly because the cup must never sit still. Five minutes of practice is usually enough.
